Holla guys and gals! Recently I hired a math tutor to guide me with some topics in math. My problem areas included topics such as distributive property of algebra easy explanation and multiplying fractions. Now that instructor turned out to be so dumb, that instead of helping me now I’m even more confused than I used to be. I still can’t crack problems on those topics. And the exam time is nearing. I need someone to help me out. Is there anything significant that can be done to get some sort of help? I have a good set of questions to help me learn these topics, but the problem is I just can’t solve them, no matter how much I try. Please help! |

I’m know little in distributive property of algebra easy explanation. But, it’s quite complicated to explain it. I may help you answer it but since the solution is complex, I doubt you will really understand the whole process of solving it so it’s recommended that you really have to ask someone to explain it to you in person to make the explaining clearer. Good thing is that there’s this software that can help you with your problems. It’s called Algebrator and it’s an amazing piece of program because it does not only show the answer but it also shows the process of solving it. How cool is that? |

It is good to know that you wish to improve your math and are taking efforts to do so. I think you should try Algebrator. This is not exactly a tutoring tool but it offers solutions to math problems in a very descriptive manner. And the best thing about this product is that it is very user friendly. There are several examples given under various topics which are quite useful to learn the subject. Try it and wish you good luck with math. |

A truly piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving radical equations, converting fractions and inequalities. Just by typing in the problem from homeworkand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Algebra 1, Intermediate algebra and Basic Math. I highly recommend the program. |
