adding and subtracting negative positive rational numbers

Heya guys! Is someone here know about adding and subtracting negative positive rational numbers? I have this set of problems about it that I can’t figure it out. We were assigned to solve it and understand how we came up with the answer. Our Math teacher will select random people to solve the problem as well as show solutions to class so I need comprehensive explanation regarding adding and subtracting negative positive rational numbers. I tried answering some of the questions but I think I got it completely incorrect. Please assist me because it’s urgent and the due date is quite close already and I haven’t yet figured out how to solve this.

I agree, a good software can do miracles . I used a few but Algebrator is the greatest. It doesn't make a difference what class you are in, I myself used it in Remedial Algebra and Remedial Algebra too, so you don't have to be concerned that it's not on your level. If you never had a software before I can tell you it's not complicated, you don't need to know anything about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the software solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer.
