Guys , I am in need of aid on ratios, unlike denominators, hypotenuse-leg similarity and difference of cubes. Since I am a novice to Pre Algebra, I really want to learn the bedrocks of Algebra 2 fully . Can anyone suggest the best resource with which I can begin learning the fundamental principles ? I have an exam next week.

You might want to take a look at Algebrator. I bought it some time back to help me with my Algebra 1 course and I can say that it was really a wise decision. There are so many demos present which you can go through. You can also try out the questions related to inverse matrices and converting decimals by just typing them in. I too have had problems in long division, exponential equations and adding numerators. I was informed that there are a number of programs that I could try out. I tried out many but then the best that I found was Algebrator. Merely keyed in the problem and hit the ‘solve’. I got the answer instantaneously . On top of it , I was steered through to the answer by an effortlessly understandable step-by-step procedure. I remember having often faced problems with angle suplements, system of equations and dividing fractions. A truly great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – College Algebra, College Algebra and Algebra 2. I greatly recommend the program.
