how is math used in archeology

I think God must have been in a really bad mood decided to come up with something called algebra to trouble us! I’ve spent days working on this math problem which relates to how is math used in archeology and I still can’t crack it. I’m particularly stuck on difference of squares, least common measure and lcf. Can anyone throw some light on how to go about finding a solution to such problems? I’ve tried various means that I could think of, but none helped. I need some urgent guidance now. Anybody?

You’re not alone. In fact, I had the same woes just before I found something very helpful. Have you encountered Algebrator? If you have not heard anything about this excellent piece of program yet, let me enlighten you a bit about this software. Is it really that helpful? I’m worried because the software might not really help because it only solves the problem per ?e. I like to understand how a problem is answered and not only know the answer. Nevertheless, could you give me a link for this software?
