how to solve fractions

Hi! We just started tackling a new chapter in math about how to solve fractions and I did good for most homeworks we had but the latest one my professor gave really hard so I'd love if someone will teach me to understand it! It’s a problem solving homework my algebra teacher gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried solving it but still can’t get it right. I just can’t finish it easily unlike the other assignments. I had an easy time doing my past homeworks but this particular assignment with specific topic of 3x3 system of equations just gives me difficulty just discovering how to begin. I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really appreciate if somebody help me in discussing the steps and how to solve it in a systematic and clear way.
