I'm just thinking if anyone can give me a few tips here so that I can understand the basics of how to find maximum and minimum of an equation. I find solving equations really tough. I work part time and thus have no time left to take extra classes. Can you guys suggest any online resource that can help me with this subject? |

I know how hard it can be if you are clueless with how to find maximum and minimum of an equation. It’s a bit hard to help you out without more information of your requirements. But if you don’t want to pay for a tutor, then why not just use some software and see how it goes. There are myriads of programs out there, but one you should try out would be Algebrator. It is pretty handy plus it is quite affordable. |

I found out a some software programs that are pertinent. I verified them. The Algebrator seemed to be the most suited one for greatest common factor, simplifying expressions and 3x3 system of equations. It was also effortless to work with. It took me step by step towards the answer rather than merely giving the answer. That way I got to learn how to solve the problems too. By the time I was finished, I had learnt how to solve the problems. I found them valuable for Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Intermediate algebra which aided me in my math classes. May be, this is just what you need. Why not try this out? |

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Algebra 2, Intermediate algebra and Remedial Algebra. It is a truly a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with trigonometric functions, factoring polynomials and simplifying fractions. I would simply type in a problem homework, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program. |
