Hello folks! I have a serious issue regarding math and I was hoping that someone might be able to help me out a little. I have a math test in a few weeks and even though I have been studying algebra seriously, there are still a few parts that cause a lot of stress, such as how to calculate a scatter plot on a graphing calculator ti-83 and long division especially. Last week I had a session with a math teacher, but many things still remain vague to me. Can you recommend a good method of studying or a good private teacher that you know already?

I possibly could help you if you can be more specific and provide details about how to calculate a scatter plot on a graphing calculator ti-83. A proper computer program would be best option rather than a algebra tutor. After trying a number of program I found the Algebrator to be the best I have so far come across. It solves any algebra problem that you may want solved. It also clarifies all the steps (of the solution). You can just reproduce as your homework . However, you should use it to learn algebra, and simply not use it to copy answers.

I allow my son to use that program Algebrator because I think it can effectively assist him in his math problems. It’s been a long time since they first used that software and it did not only help him short-term but I noticed it helped in improving his solving capabilities. The program helped him how to solve rather than helped them just to answer. It’s fantastic!

I remember having difficulties with side-angle-side similarity, equation properties and quadratic formula. Algebrator is a truly great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several math classes - Algebra 2, College Algebra and Algebra 1. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
