I have a couple of problems based on factoring 3rd order polynomials I have tried a lot to solve them myself but in vain. Our professor has asked us to solve them out ourselves and then explain them to the entire class. I fear that I will be chosen to do so. Please guide me! |

Algebrator is a good software to solve factoring 3rd order polynomials problems. It gives you step by step solutions along with explanations. I however would warn you not to just copy the answers from the software. It will not help you in understanding the subject. Use it as a guide and solve the problems yourself as well. |

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - College Algebra, Algebra 2 and Pre Algebra. It is a truly a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with graphing equations, simplifying fractions and side-angle-side similarity. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program. |

It’s amazing that a software can do that. I didn’t expect something like that could really help in math. I’m used to be taught by a tutor but this really sounds cool. Do you have any links for this software? |
