adding square root fractions

I have problems with adding square root fractions. I tried a lot to locate somebody who can help me out with this. I also searched for a teacher to tutor me and explain my problems on graphing, binomials and interval notation. Though I found some who could may be solve my problem, I recognized that I cannot manage to pay them. I do not have much time too. My quiz is coming up before long. I am anxious. Can someone help me out of this situation? I would really welcome any assistance or any guidance.
