Holla guys and gals! Recently I hired a math tutor to guide me with some topics in math. My problem areas included topics such as which is the decimal equivalent of the mixed number 3 3/6 and quadratic inequalities. Now that instructor turned out to be so dumb, that instead of helping me now I’m even more confused than I earlier was. I still can’t solve problems on those topics. And the exam time is fast approaching. I need someone to help me out. Is there anything in particular that can be done to get some sort of help? I have a good set of questions to help me learn these topics, but the problem is I just can’t solve them, no matter how much effort I put in. Please help! |

If you can give details about which is the decimal equivalent of the mixed number 3 3/6, I may be able to help to solve the math problem. If you don’t want to pay big bucks for a algebra tutor, the next best option would be a proper computer program which can help you to solve the problems. Algebrator is the best I have come upon which will elucidate every step to any algebra problem that you may enter from your book. You can simply represent as your homework . This Algebrator should be used to learn math rather than for copying answers for assignments. |

Algebrator did help my son to have high grades in Algebra. Good thing we found this great software because I believe it did not only help him to have high grades in his homeworks but also assisted him in his exams since the software helped in explaining the process of answering the problem by showing the solution. |

Interesting! I don’t have that much time to hire someone to tutor me so I think this would be just fine. Is this something bought from a store? Do they have a website so that I can see more details regarding the software? |

A great piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving side-angle-side similarity, monomials and graphing equations. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Pre Algebra, Intermediate algebra and Intermediate algebra. I highly recommend the program. |
