trig puzzles for grade 7

Hi guys, It’s been more than a week now and I still can’t figure out how to solve a few math problems on trig puzzles for grade 7 . I have to finish this work by the end of next week. Can someone help me to get started? I need some help with powers and linear inequalities. Any sort of guidance will be appreciated.
