To each tutor skilled in stories of algebra: I desperately want your very precious help. I have some homework assignments for my College Algebra. I observe stories of algebra could be beyond my capacity. I'm at a out-and-out loss as far as where I should get started. I have weighed chartering an algebra professor or contracting with a learning center, but each is emphatically not cheap. Any and every alternative solution shall be hugely treasured! |

I have been in your situation some time agowhen I was studying stories of algebra. What part of difference of squares and powers poses more problems? Because I think that what you really need is a good program to help you understand the basic concepts and ways of solving the exercises. Did you ever use a software like that? I have tried a few but I have to say that Algebrator is the best and the easiest to use. It's not like those other programs because it teaches you how to think, it doesn't just give you the answers. |

Algebrator truly is a must-have for us math students. As my dear friend said in the preceding post, it solves questions and it also explains all the intermediary steps involved in reaching that final solution. That way apart from knowing the final answer, we also learn how to go about solving questions right from the first step till the last, and it helps a lot in working on assignments. |

This thing seems to be really good. How can I get it? I would love to try it out myself, right away. Hurray! Now I have something to help me! |

Thanks friends for all your responses. I have got the Algebrator from http://www.graph-inequality.com/solving-inequalities-2.html. Just got it set and started using it. Its fantastic. The exercise problems can test the real knowledge that we possess on College Algebra. I am thankful to you all! |

I remember having problems with powers, y-intercept and equivalent fractions. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Intermediate algebra, Basic Math and Intermediate algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended. |
