Holla guys and gals! Recently I hired a private tutor to guide me with some topics in algebra. My problem areas included topics such as algebra for 9th graders and lcf. Now that instructor turned out to be so dumb, that instead of helping me now I’m even more confused than I earlier was. I still can’t crack problems on those topics. And the exam time is fast approaching. I need someone to help me out. Is there anything significant that can be done to get some sort of help? I have a good set of questions to help me learn these topics, but the problem is I just can’t solve them, no matter how much effort I put in. Please help! |

The attitude you’ve adopted towards the algebra for 9th graders is not the right one. I do understand that one can’t really think of anything else in such a situation. Its nice that you still want to try. My key to successful problem solving is Algebrator I would advise you to give it a try at least once. |

Algebrator is a amazing software. All I had to do with my difficulties with angle-angle similarity, function definition and lcf was to basically type in the problems; click the ‘solve’ and presto, the solution just popped out step-by-step in an effortless manner. I have done this to problems in Intermediate algebra, Remedial Algebra and Pre Algebra. I would boldly say that this is just the answer for you. |

To begin with, thanks for replying friends! I really want to buy this program. Can you please tell me how to purchase this software? Can we order it through the web, or do we buy it from some retail store? |

I remember having problems with graphing parabolas, leading coefficient and system of equations. Algebrator is a truly great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Algebra 1. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended. |
