Hi everyone, I heard that there are various software that can help with us doing our homework,like a tutor substitute. Is this really true? Is there a software that can help me with math? I have never tried one thus far, but they shouldn't be hard to use I assume. If anyone has such a program, I would really appreciate some more detail about it. I'm in Pre Algebra now, so I've been studying things like fractions solver and it's not easy at all.

I maybe able to help if you can be more specific and provide details about fractions solver. A proper software would be best option rather than a costly algebra tutor. After trying a number of program I found the Algebrator to be the best I have so far come across. It solves any math problem that you may want solved. It also shows all the steps (of the solution). You can just write it down as your homework . However, you should use it to learn algebra, and simply not use it to copy answers.

Hello there. Algebrator is really fantastic! It’s been months since I used this software and it worked like magic! Math problems that I used to spend answering for hours just take me 4-5 minutes to answer now. Just enter the problem in the program and it will take care of the solving and the best part is that it shows the whole solution so you don’t have to figure out how did it come to that answer.

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Algebra 2, Remedial Algebra and Algebra 2. It is a truly a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with evaluating formulas, triangle similarity and proportions. I would simply type in a problem homework, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.
