writing decimal in mixed number form

Hi! We just started discussing a new lesson in algebra regarding writing decimal in mixed number form and I did good for most assignments we got but the latest one my professor gave really complicated so I'd appreciate if someone would assist me to understand it! It’s a problem solving assignment my algebra teacher gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried doing it but still can’t get it right. I can’t answer it easily unlike the other assignments. I had an easy time doing my past homeworks but this particular assignment with specific topic of solving a triangle gives me a hard time just discovering how to start. I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really appreciate if somebody help me in showing the steps and how to answer it in a systematic and clear way.
