math word problems 5th grade

Hello all, I have a very important test coming up in algebra soon and I would greatly appreciate if any of you can help me solve some questions in math word problems 5th grade. I am quite good in math otherwise but problems in function composition baffle me and I am at a loss. It would be wonderful if you can let me know of a reasonably priced software that I can use?

What exactly don't you understand about math word problems 5th grade? I remember having difficulty with the same thing in Algebra 1, so I might be able to give you some advice on how to handle such problems. However if you want help with math on a long term basis, then you should buy Algebrator, that's what I did in my Remedial Algebra, and I have to say it's amazing! It's less costly than a private teacher and you can work with it anytime you want. It's very easy to use it, even if you never ever had a similar program. I would advise you to purchase it as soon as you can and forget about getting a math tutor. You won't regret it!

Algebrator is a very simple software and is surely worth a try. You will also find several exciting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can swear that it has made learning math more fun.
