exercise about pre-algebra

I just discovered that I am already late in tackling some issues with exercise about pre-algebra. I had kept it pending hoping that I will stumble upon good learning material or someone who can help me with hypotenuse-leg similarity, cramer’s rule and logarithms. May be, I did not explore hard enough. But now I am behind schedule . It is simply tough to come across an excellent teacher to quickly tutor me. It is beyond what I can manage to pay for . And I need to find a quick way out. Can someone who has had similar problems tell me as to what I can do? It will be a great help.

It would really be great if you could tell us about a software that can provide both. If you could get us a home tutoring software that would give a step-by-step solution to our problem, it would really be nice. Please let us know the genuine websites from where we can get the software.
