easiest way to learn algebra

I have trouble with easiest way to learn algebra. I tried hard to locate someone who can assist me with this. I also searched for a tutor to teach me and crack my problems on hyperbolas, midpoint of a line and graphing equations. Though I found some who could possibly explain my problem, I realized that I cannot pay for them. I do not have much time too. My exam is coming up soon. I am desperate. Can someone help me out of this situation? I would really appreciate any assistance or any information.
