Guys , I am in need of assistance on solving a triangle, multiplying matrices, converting fractions and simplifying fractions. Since I am a newbie to College Algebra, I really want to learn the basics of Remedial Algebra fully . Can anyone recommend the best place from where I can start learning the fundamental principles ? I have a midterm next week. |

You really shouldn’t have spent money on a private tutor . Had you posted this message before hiring one of those, you could have saved yourself loads of money! Anyway, now you can’t change it. Now to make sure that you do well in your exams I would recommend using Algebrator. It’s a user-friendly software. It can solve the really tough ones for you, and what’s even cooler is the fact that it can even explain how it did so! At one point in time when even I was having difficulty understanding point-slope, side-angle-side similarity and quadratic equations. But thanks to Algebrator, it’s all good now . |

I must agree that Algebrator is a great thing and the best program of this kind you can find. I was thrilled when after weeks of frustration I simply typed in algebra formulas and that was the end of my difficulties with algebra . It's also great that you can use the software for any level: I have been using it for several years now, I used it in College Algebra and in Algebra 2 also ! Just try it and see it for yourself! |

I remember having often faced difficulties with fractional exponents, gcf and slope. A truly great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – College Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Algebra 2. I greatly recommend the program. |
