activities to help with positive and negative integers

Hi Friends. Ever since I have started activities to help with positive and negative integers at school I never seem to be able to cope with it well. I am quite good at all the other branches, but this particular section seems to be my weak point. Can some one aid me in learning it well?

Your story sounds familiar to me. Even though I was great in algebra for several years, when I began Intermediate algebra there were a lot of math topics that seemed confusing. I remember I got a very low mark when I took the test on activities to help with positive and negative integers. Now I don't have this problem anymore, I can solve anything quite easily, even hypotenuse-leg similarity and angle-angle similarity.
